Douglas C. Bracken Speaks at the TXANS 2008 Annual Nonsubscriber Conference & Exhibition

Douglas C. Bracken was selected to speak at the TXANS (Texas Association of Responsible Nonsubscribers) 2008 Annual Nonsubscriber Conference & Exhibition.  His presentation, “The Latest in Wage & Hour Law,” addressed a troublesome topic for employers.  Class action claims against employers have increased significantly in recent years seeking unpaid overtime compensation for employees allegedly misclassified as exempt from overtime requirements.  Mr. Bracken provided insights to avoid these claims. 

Mr. Bracken is a Senior Counsel in our Labor & Employment section, and is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
