Carol P. Dabner to Speak at the DBA Probate, Trusts and Estates Section Program

Carol P. Dabner has been invited to speak at the Dallas Bar Association Probate, Trusts and Estates Section Program to be held at the Belo Mansion on Tuesday, October 28, 2008.  Ms. Dabner’s presentation, “Dallas County Guardianship Manual,” will address an overview of the guardianship process for new attorneys and introduce the new guardianship manual to the section, which is the training guide for newly appointed guardians in Dallas County.

Ms. Dabner is a Senior Counsel of Underwood Perkins, P.C., P.C. practicing in guardianship, probate, estate planning and elder law.  She is also a Registered Guardian and Licensed Occupational Therapist.
