Practicing in the areas of commercial litigation and civil appeals. Mr. Walraven's experience includes handling appeals for plaintiffs and defendants, as well as original proceedings, in the Texas Supreme Court and various federal appellate courts, as well as being counsel of record in all fourteen courts of appeals in Texas. In addition to assisting in pre-trial and trial strategy, the preparation of dispositive and post-verdict motions, Mr. Walraven is experienced in arbitration of commercial matters.
