These include Profit Sharing Plans, 401(k) Plans, Money Purchase Pension Plans, Target Benefit Plans, Defined Benefit Pension Plans and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). Particular emphasis on benefits to owners and highly compensated employees of closely-held businesses through Comparability and Age-Weighted Retirement Plans. Experienced in representation of clients before the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. Consultation also provided to trustees with respect to fiduciary duties under ERISA. Legal consultation provided in the evaluation and establishment of nonqualified deferred compensation plans for business owners, highly-compensated employees and executives. Consultation also provided in creation and implementation of Flexible Benefit Plans, Cafeteria Plans and other welfare benefit arrangements.
