Areas of Practice: Labor and Employment; Litigation

Senior Counsel practicing primarily in employment, labor, tort and commercial litigation in both trial and arbitration. Mr. Bracken represents employers defending employee claims for discrimination and retaliation under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA and other state and federal employment laws; before state and governmental agencies; and on union grievances. He also defends employers who have opted out of the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act. He can also assist employers in avoiding litigation by advising them on their employment policies, procedures, and handbooks, and on other employment issues, including those involving employment and non-compete agreements.
